Wallet tracking is strictly read-only: it uses public addresses only, never a private key or seed phrase, and never touches your funds. Crabby is a display, not a trading or custody device.

Send your Crabby back and we’ll refund you in full once it arrives. Replacements. If it doesn’t boot or has stopped working, ship it back and we’ll send a new one at no charge. Repairs. If your Crabby ever breaks, we’ll fix it for free — just email us and we’ll sort it out. Either way, reach out first and we’ll walk you through it.
The only personal information we collect from this site is the email address you submit. We use it to send you launch updates and order communication, and nothing else — we don’t sell it, share it, or pass it to advertisers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The Crabby device itself only fetches public market data and does not transmit your wallet, keys, or personal information anywhere. To access, correct, or delete the data we hold on you, email trackercrabby@gmail.com and a human will respond within seven days.

Crabby shows publicly available market data; it is not a wallet, a trading tool, an investment advisor, or a custodian of funds, and nothing it displays should be taken as financial advice. Refunds. Mail your Crabby back to us and we’ll refund the full purchase price once it arrives in working condition. The buyer covers return shipping for a standard refund. Replacements. If your Crabby arrives dead, fails to boot, or stops working through no fault of your own, send it back and we’ll ship a replacement at no charge — we’ll cover the return label too. Repairs. If your Crabby breaks — even from a drop or accident — we’ll repair it for free. Just email us and we’ll get it sorted and back to you. Shipping is free anywhere in the world. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch; international orders take 1–3 weeks depending on customs. A tracking number goes out as soon as your Crabby ships. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
